Nature’s Greatest Wildlife Spectacle

11-Day Kenya Safari
November 4 – 14, 2006

East Africa is known for snowcapped Kilimanjaro, acacia-dotted savannahs of the Serengeti and the Masai Mara, the awesome escarpments and flamingo-covered soda lakes of the Great Rift Valley and the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater.  Under a limitless sapphire sky there are large animals in huge numbers.  Elephant, giraffe, rhinoceros, baboon, zebra, leopard, lion and cheetah have evolved and adapted for eons in this ancient landscape, alongside more than one thousand colorful bird species and a multitude of other life forms.

In this expedition, you can choose an optional visit to Jane Goodall's chimpanzee sanctuary as you stay in the Sweetwaters Tented camp in the shadow of Mount Kenya.   You will experience the adventure of morning and afternoon game drives in the reserves of Samburu and Masai Mara (an optional hot air safari over the Masai Mara is yours for the asking).  You will have the opportunity to see the Big Five animals of Africa (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhino), as well as unlimited species of mammals, birds, reptiles and plants of breathtaking beauty.   Experience the Adventure of Kenya with the internationally renowned photo guide Roger Moore as your personal tutor.
